Refund and Returns Policy

At ChaloChaly, we value your trust and aim to provide flexible and fair refund options for all our travelers.
Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of reservation, you will receive a 100% full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.


๐Ÿ“… 2. Cancellations After 24 Hours

If you cancel after 24 hours of booking but before 72 hours of trip departure, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued depending on:

  • Hotel and transport booking confirmations
  • Seasonal demand and pre-paid vendor arrangements

If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of departure, the booking becomes non-refundable.


๐Ÿšซ 3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued if:

  • The tour has already started.
  • The customer fails to appear at the departure point.
  • Weather or road conditions cause unavoidable delays (beyond our control).
  • You cancel within 72 hours of your tourโ€™s start date.

๐Ÿ’ณ 4. Refund Processing Time

All eligible refunds are processed through your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.


๐Ÿงญ 5. Tour Modifications

If you wish to reschedule or modify your tour:

  • Changes made 72 hours before departure are free of charge (subject to availability).
  • Modifications within 72 hours may incur a service fee or partial cost deduction.

๐Ÿงพ 6. In Case of Company Cancellation

If ChaloChaly cancels a tour due to unforeseen reasons (e.g. weather, political instability, or operational issues), you will receive:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule without any additional cost.
