These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all tour services offered by ChaloChaly. By booking a tour or accessing our website, you agree to comply with the following terms.


🧾 1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
  • A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
  • Remaining balance must be cleared before tour departure unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change based on hotel or transport rates.

πŸ’³ 2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of reservation are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours but before 72 hours of departure may receive up to 50% refund depending on hotel/vehicle arrangements.
  • No refund is available if the customer cancels within 72 hours of tour departure or fails to show up.

  • Customers may request rescheduling at least 72 hours before the tour.
  • Rescheduling within 72 hours may result in additional service charges.
  • Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and seasonal pricing.

🧭 4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Included: Transport, accommodation, basic meals (if mentioned), sightseeing, and driver services.
Excluded: Personal expenses, lunch, entry tickets, room service, medical costs, or anything not clearly listed in the tour plan.


πŸš™ 5. Vehicle & Driver Policy

  • Vehicles (Corolla GLi, KIA Sportage, Coaster, or others) are assigned based on the selected package.
  • Driver’s working hours are from 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM for safety reasons.
  • Any personal detours or extra stops outside the agreed route may incur additional charges.

🏨 6. Accommodation

  • Hotels are selected based on availability and package type (Standard, Deluxe, or Luxury).
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and may require extra payment.
  • Any room damage or lost items will be charged directly to the traveler.

🌦 7. Changes Due to Weather or Road Conditions

  • In case of bad weather, road closures, or natural events, the itinerary may be changed for safety reasons.
  • ChaloChaly reserves the right to reschedule or modify the tour plan without prior notice.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Travelers must follow guide instructions for their own safety.
  • ChaloChaly is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or delays due to external factors (weather, accidents, or law enforcement).
  • We ensure vehicles and guides meet safety and licensing requirements.

🧳 9. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Carry valid CNIC or passport at all times.
  • Respect local culture, customs, and environment.
  • Inform the team of any medical condition or dietary requirement before travel.
  • Travelers are responsible for their own valuables.

  • ChaloChaly may capture photos/videos during tours for promotional use.
  • If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify our team before the tour starts.

All personal data collected during bookings is protected under our Privacy Policy.
We never sell or share your information without consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
